When I started GTA, you had to be a certain level to have access to certain weapons. Try to get weapons from someone else's property Snacks can be used through the interaction menu. When you're behind cover you can use them while skipping the animation for consuming them. Make sure you get snacks They'll save your life when you're pinned down in combat. YOU'RE JUST WASTING OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME INCLUDING YOUR OWN! PEOPLE ARE HERE TO MAKE MONEY LEGIT! RESPECT THAT! IF YOU'RE GOING TO JUST SAY GET A PRIVATE MENU OR GET A DROP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
