Again the girl paged a female attendant and nobody came so she took me back herself. Number one I was not greeted with a friendly welcome instead I felt as though I was interrupting the two girls behind the desk, I was then handed a clipboard and told to sit down until somebody came to get me and after sitting for a while I went back to the front desk asking if somebody was going to come because I didn’t want to be late for my service.
I am not sure if they had a busy weekend or what but we all deserve the same quality service for that kind of money no matter when we visit. I recently visited the spa on a Monday afternoon and was incredibly disappointed with my entire experience.
